ROBERT SCOTT
Robert was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated with high honors (magna cum laude) from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a minor in business.
Robert is also an honors graduate (cum laude) of Florida State University College of Law. While at the College of Law, Robert was a selected member of the College of Law's Mock Trial Team. He also worked as a certified legal intern at the FSU College of Law Public Interest Law Center representing low income clients in family law disputes. At graduation, the College of Law recognized Robert for his commitment to pro bono work in the Public Defender's Office for the Second Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee.
Robert began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney's Office for the Second Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee. During his tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, Robert gained invaluable trial experience as a result of trying numerous serious felony cases to verdict.
After leaving the State Attorney's Office, Robert and his partner, Clint, founded Scott & Wallace LLP.
Robert is an experienced trial lawyer, who has dedicated his entire practice to the advancement of the rights of accident victims across North Florida.
He lives in Tallahassee with his wife, Darby.

CLINT
WALLACE
Clint was born and raised in Troy, Alabama. He received a Bachelor of Science in both Real Estate and Risk Management / Insurance from Florida State University, where he was a University Scholar.
After working with the Florida Senate, Clint attended Florida State University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate with honors (cum laude). While in law school, Clint was a member of the Florida State Law Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law. At graduation, the College of Law recognized Clint for his commitment to providing pro bono work.
Clint began his legal career at one of the nation's largest construction law firms, Smith, Currie & Hancock. During his time with that firm, Clint worked as a civil litigation attorney, personally working on several multimillion dollar cases.
After leaving Smith, Currie & Hancock, Clint founded Scott & Wallace LLP with his partner, Robert.
Clint is an experienced litigator, who has focused his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Clint and his wife, Elizabeth, live in downtown Tallahassee.
